About the Firm

In 2000, Jim Kiser formed Kiser & Kiser Co to provide a personalized service for clients with building, infrastructure, and land development ventures. The firm has allowed him to refocus his expertise on project management and engineering, therefore completing top-quality, technically sound projects in a cost-effective program.

About the Founder

Jim has more than 39 years of engineering experience and spent 34 years providing development consulting for public and private land and building projects. His experience with all types and phases of projects, from inception through construction, offers a unique management insight to ensure smooth flow toward completion.

Holding multiple professional licenses, Jim can handle project management and design with a wealth of understanding of each project task and component. You can be sure that he values outstanding customer service in working with his clients.
